$525 Review & Plan Fee + $750 Retainer

Your retainer is drawn down as you access the services you need and then billed hourly after retainer extinguished:
$150/hr - standard advocacy work, weekday
$200/hr - ED/in hospital, weekend or overnight (emergency only)
$50/hr — admin/support and light care coordination
Mileage - billed separately at the IRS rate
